It was fascinating! Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She provided excellent explanations of the Duomo construction as well as the rather unique clock. Skipping the line saved hours of time! The crowds there reminded me of NYC's Time Square.

Very poor expensive experience .booked through booking.com. Booked an English tour to skip the queue but the guide had an extremely strong Italian accent and extremely difficult to understand . Don’t waste your money . Had to get there 30 minutes before allocated slot , might as well queued for this time and entered Duomo for free !

It was very nice of the tour guide to let us join her group 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled time. We were very concerned about getting to our flight on time.
