It was good and there was no wait. I would highly recommend including audio with this tour though. It was interesting but we thought we would have a guide.

Santa Croce church is spectacular and a must see when in Florence. Making the reservation was easy, as was checking in the day of our visit.

The basilica is beautiful and worth the visit. The tour operator was appalling, we booked months in advance asked to change dates months earlier, no email response.
You can buy tickets at the basilica for half the price, this is not a busy attraction with no lines. I would not recommend buying tickets from this operator
