Our guide Kopal was amazing. Her knowledge of the local food and the order in which to eat to best experience the flavors of the food was outstanding. Her joy in explaining everything was felt by everyone in the group and just enhanced the experience!

They did a great job, even with rainy weather. Geraldo, who will be taking over will do great. Woukd love 1 or 2 more stops, shortening the time at each. But I would do again
