Guide was knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. She paced the tour well, did not leave anyone behind and tried to link the architecture to the Medici family in an entertaining way.

Ottima agenzia professionale e disponibile per due motivi: 1. Il giorno in cui avevo programmato il tour dei Medici a piedi erano previsti temporali... che ci sono poi stati. In considerazione delle previsioni l'agenzia, nella persona di Julia, si è resa subito disponibile a variare giorno e ora. Fantastica! 2. La guida, Francesco, è un ragazzo di ampia cultura, che ha saputo inserire i monumenti nel relativo contesto storico e raccontare molto di più delle conoscenze artistiche ma anche il modo di vivere del tempo, le personalità dei protagonisti, gli anoddoti sia riguardanti la prestigiosa famiglia de' Medici sia degli artisti del tempo. Molto preparato, appassionato e coinvolgente. Consiglio questa agenzia e la ricontatterò direttamente per il mio prossimo viaggio... abbiamo ancora molto da vedere a Firenze!!!
