We had a truly wonderful experience with our guide Brenda. She was so knowledgeable and able to engage us all and we all loved our time with her touring the secret sites of Firenze. At the end we were a bit sad to say goodbye. She gave us lovely little gifts to remember our visit. We would definitely recommend this for families with younger children.

This was the best tour we experienced on our tour of Italy. The kids were entertained and attentive. They wanted to pay attention to find the clues. We really enjoyed this 3 hour tour. The guide, Caterina, was wonderful, patient & kind. We also got a lot of tips for food & shopping. Must do!

The visit was great. But when I went to get my tickets they gave me entrance tickets for 7 hours later in the day.....Thankfully the local manager of the ticket office fixed our problem....Make sure you get the time you booked for!
