Very easy, friendly service. Walked up a little early and she had some leftover tickets from an earlier tour that she gave us, so we got an extra hour in the Uffizi. It’s stunning. Then you just hop back across the street after you’re done, grab the tickets for the Academy, and hike on over. It’s a much smaller museum, but Savid awaits. What an amazing day we had!
