The Ufizzi is crowded and overwhelming. Our excellent guide, Ricardo, gave us a wonderful tour that did not overwhelm and was very informative. His English was superb! His knowledge of the art and the museum was first rate. It was well worth the money! We even learned how to find the best Gelato.
