The museum is fabulous but don't be deceived by the title of the offer and read what is included carefully - you might misinterpret it. You are escorted as far as the queue for the security check at the entrance and provided with a ticket but that is it! To be fair that is all that is offered if you look at the detail. If you can find the City Florence Tours Office (the rendezvous) then you can easily find the museum entrance and in March there was a very small queue for tickets.

We had the most wonderful tour with Antonio. He was very easy to understand, was very knowledgeable about the works highlighted on the tour, and kept the tour moving at a nice pace. The time went quickly and we wish we could have had the entire day with him learning about the paintings and history.

Cosa dire di uno dei musei più importanti al mondo?Comprando il biglietto on line si paga un supplemeto e si può sceglie l'orario di accesso(margine di un quarto d ora). Una volta comprato il biglietto on line bisogna recarsi alla biglietteria per ritirare il biglietto un quarto d ora prima dell'orario scelto per l'ingresso al museo(es. Ingresso scelto 11:45-12, ritirare il biglietto tra le 11:30-45)poi mettersi in fila per l' accesso prioritario.Dentro non sono ammessi grandi zaini, ombrelli e bottiglie oltre 1/2 litro.La visita è molto bella, scaricatevi la cartina del museo prima perché io dentro non ne ho trovate.La visita comincia dal secondo piano, poi si passa al primo...tutto meraviglioso.Vi consiglio di organizzare prima cosa vedere in modo da non perdere troppo tempo e non snervare i più piccoli, per chi, come me, viaggia con bambini. Esperienza assolutamente da fare per chi visita la città.
