The tour was excellent…our guide Polen was very helpful and knowledgeable. The weakness was the organization ….one of the main reasons I took this tour was because hotel pickup and drop off were provided. The late day before the tour I received my train tickets via email with details of my driver and hotel pickup. The driver barely got us to the train station and just dropped us off in front with no help In where to get the train..the train station was a little confusing but I asked a fellow passenger who was able to help.our seats were not together on the way which was disconcerting. When we returned we looked for a driver outside the terminal and when we saw no one we got a cab beck to the hotel….when I was able to look at my email I found the tour company had emailed Viator who emailed me…email was sent when we were on the train with no internet access…it provided details of driver who we were to meet at a pharmacy in the station…..bad communication!
