Led by local chefs, visit Florence’s Central Market to choose fresh ingredients and then prepare a classic Tuscan lunch in the cooking school kitchen. Create dishes such as ‘bruschetta’ (tomato-topped grilled bread) and homemade pasta and dessert watched by your chefs, and savor your meal with your fellow cooks and unlimited glasses of Chianti wine before receiving a diploma and recipe booklet. This cooking class was amazing. Alice is a wonderful teacher. We’ve passed an excellent day cooking easy and fun recipes. Congrats to this cooking school, you do a great job.

This was definitely a high point in our vacation. Visiting the local market was so interesting. We loved the samples of truffles, balsamic vinegar (& more) as well as learning about all the meats and cheese. Cooking our own meal was really fun. Our teacher made everything easy and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything tasted.

It was a wonderful experience. Frederico P was a great cook who carefully demonstrated all the steps . The food was delicious. We also went to the market and learned about Italian meat, cheese, and truffles.
