The crew of the catamaran is great. It feels like you don't have much time at Dry Tortugas itself but it's what the NP service allows. Park was significantly damaged during hurricane Ian and still needs a ton of repairs but it was a good experience.

Took the ferry out to Dry Tortugas on 4/4 with my husband, 20 yr old son and 17 yr old son. Prior to boarding, you have to check in to get your boarding pass- get there early because the lower the boarding pass number, the earlier you get to board to pick seats. For breakfast, they had bagels/cream cheese, fruit, yogurt. They do have a galley that sells food as well- pizza, corn dogs The ride out to dry tortugas was beautiful and smooth sailing. The captain pointed out things along the way. Once we got there, we toured the fort before eating lunch (jersey mikes subs, chips, veggies, cookies). Small beach to do snorkeling- I stayed close to the shore and didn't see much undersea activity but those who went further out saw much more. Great experience! Highly recommend
