Ariel was very prompt in responding to all of my questions about my transport and keeping me updated on our pick up arrangements. We had requested a transport to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and our drive tried to drop us off at some other random location in the airport complex. We had to hand him our phone with the GPS directions to the FLL departures drop off area.

Our driver, Ariel, was responsive and friendly! We used this service to take us from our cruise ship terminal to Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got off the ship a little bit early, and Ariel was kind enough to come pick us up a little earlier than I had originally expected. The van was immaculate with cold water. Would definitely book this service again next time we cruise!

Our ride was excellent, and our driver Ariel was the best! He arrived a few minutes early, communicated prior to arrival to know exactly where to meet us, loaded and unloaded or bags, and had chilled water ready to offer us. Would definitely use this service again!
