My family have been annual pass holders since the park opened. Over the years, they have removed various services within the park. No more live streaming. No soda refill machines. No large family pizzas. Smaller alcohol products at higher prices (the most expensive theme water park bar I've ever seen in Florida. 5 drinks came to $100). Removed the volleyball court and no longer heat the pools which is the biggest issue. Pool temperatures are advertised at entry to the park which is a brave move considering they were showing slightly over 60 degrees Fahrenheit. I think they do this to cover themselves from anyone looking for a refund. No waterpark is fun when then water is so so cold. Clearly the park is facing financial issues which explains the many cuts in services over the years and pool heating. We would go multiple times every year. Will only visit now during the summer months where the water will be slightly warmer.

All three of my 17 year old sons had a ball on the water slides and the wave pool. We will return when visiting Orlando Florida again.

Our family visited with our two boys 8 and 10 and we had a blast. Staff members were super pleasant and helpful. Slides were fun and lines were short compared to Volcano Bay.
