This guided walking tour will take you to the real places that Hemingway lived, worked and played, including where he watched and refereed boxing matches, where he kept his boat the Pilar, the bookstore where his books were sold, his first apartment in Key West where he finished writing “A Farewell to Arms”. Along the way you will have three food samplings, before visiting where he took the train, fished and charted boats in the Key West Harbor, and finally where he spent a lot of time drinking- Sloppy Joe's. An alcoholic drink is also included for you to experience Hemingway's favorite bar. Numerous other historical sites that Hemingway frequented while he lived in Key West will also be visited on this incredibly authentic tour.

Great walking tour with a great tour guide!!!! So happy we did this! We learned not only more about Ernest Hemingway, but lots of very interesting information about Key West. Our guide also gave us new places to visit, that we didn’t even know about. Worth the money!! Loved it!

Great walking tour highlighting Hemingways history and also giving lots of fun facts and tips on how to enjoy Key West. The guide Greg was very personable and covered general history as well. Loved it! Would do walking tour first then go the Hemingway House. The tour amhanced seeing the house a great deal.

Gregg, our guide, was fantastic, and made every part of the adventure "our favorite," and a definite "do-over." Thanks for connecting us with the best tour guide I've experienced in quite some time! Gregg provided unexpected charm and tons of high-quality, articulately-delivered, and well-researched information that only a true Freshwater Conch would be able to provide. I will definitely look forward to engaging Gregg again and recommend him highly for any gig he may be interested in! Everyone loved him.
