Loved the Vip tour and the shuttle launch experience. Our driver was very helpful and friendly. He talked about the space center on our way there and gave us some helpful tips. We had a wonderful time!

This was a waste of money and very misleading and nothing VIP at all except the price per person! Our "guide" arrived 20 minutes late while the line to the entrance grew to the parking lot. He spoke with a thick accent, very quickly so we could barely understand him and was anxious to get to his next pickup. We were handed tickets, a map and told where to start and end and he literally left after 5 minutes. No guide during the very busy and crowded venues, we had to figure out everything on our own with the map he gave us, and I could have easily navigated the day on my own and saved hundreds of dollars. Save your money and pass Gray Line Orlando.

Great experience! We were in Florida to visit family in the Naples area and decided to extend our trip in Orlando. Since we haven't done the space center in around 20 years, when our kids were little, we decided to make the trip back but, my husband, thought it would be fun to do the small group VIP experience. What a cool tour!. We were picked up at our hotel in Orlando, by Greg Dersett. Very sweet man and very knowledgeable about the entire area. Gave us tips on things to do, outside the experience but in the Space Center...and he didn't go wrong. He he suggested we try the Mars "ride". Think Soarin' here. Was amazing. He suggested some other fun things and we weren't disappointed. Even had some snacks for us coming and going from Orlando. The fact that he was a good driver in that traffic was good enough for me!. You can't go wrong with Gray Line as your transportation. The Space Center small group was pretty darn cool too but that's for another review!
