  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Totally enjoyed the experience. The drivers were a wealth of information and We learned a great deal about Key West. A member of my party was not able to walk a lot so the trolley tour really allowed us to see Key West. The drivers enjoyed my inside joke from one of your longtime former drivers and Kevin says Hi
