I never received a confirmation, I requested a refund right away but it took me 3 hours to finally get a rep through WhatsApp that could never help me either. The website doesn’t work, I couldn’t take the trip because I could not get a human to confirm the trip - the trip was at 7am yesterday I never received confirmation until last night - a refund is required immediately - worst car service experience ever and I have been doing this professionally for 11 years -

I asked for a earlier pick up time like I was told I could do and they could not accommodate that! Instead they were four minutes late and we had to rush to the airport. The driver was nice but drove fast and our daughter got car sick at the airport! We would have been better if with a Cab. They are unhelpful when you need to make changes! Not happy with our experience back to the airport!
