Captain Mark and Divemaster Laura were superb! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and manatee experience. Mark and Laura were able to convince my 75 year old mom to get in the water and luckily enough mom got to experience a once in a lifetime interaction with a manatee who definitely took a liking to our group. The educational video at the beginning of our tour covered all the dos and don’t with extra information on manatee etiquette and history of Crystal River. We are also able to explore Crystal Springs in all its natural beauty with several different types of fish and a turtle who was just below us showing off! Captain Mark and Divemaster Laura were knowledgeable, patient, funny and skilled! Would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone and everyone, all ages and sizes. We also purchased the photos/videos taken by Laura and are able to relive this fabulous experience whenever we want. Highly recommend!

It was very low key, and the children were young, and we chose not to do the swim, but the team was great and showed them on board, how to use a mask and snorkel and pointed out fish and manatee all along the tour. It was amazing how quickly 3 hours went and that a 2.5- and 4.5-year-old could both be entertained on board for that long without toys and games. They listened attentively to all the information and had a wonderful time. We did pop in the water for a quick picture and to cool off as we all had wet suits on, but the day was beautiful and interesting, and the area was just great. We also were brought to a spot where there was a huge Osprey nest that is frequented by the same birds every year. There were babies in the nest, and we were able to get up close and the children could see the babies in the nest that was located on a boat lift. Very interesting and I can't say enough about Jake and Shelley who made our day a 10-star day. We will definitely be back.

We went out with John and Daryl from the adventure center. They were fantastic and we saw lots of manatees!
