The closest I've come to being scammed after 35 years traveling around the world!!! My family of 8 people (youngest 10yr) had travelled 25 hours from Oslo to our dream, 2,5 week vacation in Florida and to make sure we had as smooth «landing» as possible I booked/prepaid a minibus to take us to the rented house in Solterra Resort. We ended up with a no-show driver from local Viator rep in Orlando including no answer on the provided phonenumber, no answer on chat. I payed 350USD in total, because I had to pay for a another taxi (on top of no refund) to drive us the 30 minutes from the airport to the rented house. The answer from Viator when claiming; No refund due to 60 min delayed luggage - (something the local provider couldn’t know, because they never showed up….). Other drivers/companies with name signs (as we where promissed, but didn’t get, because Viator didn’t show) was waiting along side their customers = great service. So I you read this - never use Viator for any type of service!! In my mind Viator scammed me and my family!
