Kevin the driver was amazing and I’m sorry for average rating as nothing to do with him But after paying nearly £400 for this trip as soon as you get there your told you really need the trolly service as it’s a large area to cover which cost a family of 4 $140.00 Then every section you go to on the tour have admission fees for everything bloody expensive I feel this needs to be taken in to consideration before you book If we would have had this information we wouldn’t have booked But once again thanks to Kevin the driver lovey guy Side not we had to sit on back of transport and couldn’t hear information from front of bus as no mic

Kevin was an excellent driver and guide, he went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and myself to make the day as enjoyable as possible. The optional trolley option is essentially a must in hot weather, many of the attractions are along a stretch of several kilometers. The cruise option is a nice break with some decent views, but perhaps this time (about 70 minutes) could be better spent on some of the other many attractions and museums. Be aware that most of the main attractions have additional fees, including the fort, which is part of the US national parks system. We had just over 6 hours of free time in the city, which is enough time to enjoy a few attractions but certainly not everything the city has to offer. All in all this was a great introduction to the historical city with a great driver.

Everything went according to plan. We are much more than satisfied with the whole service. The tour guide Kevin was very kind and always punctual.
