This food and culture walk is a tasty and educational 3 hour tour in the heart of Bergen city center. The tour starts at Bontelabo 2 with a selction of tradisional tastes and the history behind them. Your local guide will bring you to several local hidden gems, as well as interesting stops and some of our most popular attractions. Along the way there will be tastes of local and traditional food and drinks, it can be aquivilent to a small luch. Remember to dress acording to the weather!

Had been to Bergen in the past, but this tour added a new dimension. Food was excellent and varied. Along with the taste treat, the discussion of the history and culture of the city was a very big plus. My wife and I had a great time!

My 80yo mom and I greatly enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Bergen and was also very patient about adapting the walking pace for my mom. (We were the only two people on the tour.)

We did not have the amazing experience noted by others--not for the food provided nor for the insights provided by the guide. Some of it may have been her somewhat limited ease of providing detailed information in English and some may have been our expectations based upon past walking tours.
