This tour led by an expert guide takes you to some of the coolest eateries in Dublin that are found off the tourist trail. With group sizes of 30 maximum, you’ll get the chance to mingle with the other visitors and learn from your guide. The focus is on street food and what is enjoyed day-to-day by locals, so you are guaranteed and uniquely authentic experience. Make sure to come along hungry, as you will be stopping off for five delicious street eats along the way and at least one of the stops will be a dessert stop - yummy!     Our Food on Foot tour will bring you on a delicious journey through one of the worlds friendliest cities Dublin, embracing the city history and local cuisine. The tour will last 3 hours. What makes our tour different to most food tours is that you purchase your own food. Although we make recommendations, you get to enjoy what you like, not just what somebody gives you. Because you choose your own food, this tour is suitable for all dietary requirements. Lastly, all our stops are surprise stops which we think is a big part of the fun.

The tour was a good mix of food and stories. We enjoyed the fact that we could choose which selection we wanted and ended up sharing along the way. We learned about the neighborhoods and history along the way and were able to stop at a variety of places.

Do not book this tour at the tail end of your trip!! Our tour guide, Kevin, was phenomenal and provided so many great recommendations! We wish we had more time to work through all of his suggestions. We were only able to hit Darkey Kelly's (since it was our last night), but it did not disappoint! The tour itself is great!...very informative, wonderful pace, and lovely local spots with delicious food/treats/desserts. Highly highly recommend this tour and we're definitely looking forward to taking Kevin's pub tour when we visit Dublin again.

We had an incredible time on this walking food tour! Our guide, Kevin, was exceptional, sharing fascinating stories, fun history, and local insights that truly brought Dublin to life. The food stops were a delight—each eatery offered authentic Irish flavors, and we could choose our dishes with our guide’s expert recommendations. Walking through the city, sampling unique treats at five fantastic spots, and learning so much along the way made this a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a true taste of Dublin!
