You will do this half-day hike across the unique area of Nature Park "Piejūra" (Seaside in English). You will see four different ecosystems: coastal pine forest, a cascade of wild coastal lakes, gorgeous sandy and secluded Baltic Beach and Gauja River delta. You will walk off-the-beaten-path for 10 – 15 km (6 – 9 miles). You will soak up the energy of pristine Latvian nature and see places that most travelers don't have a chance to see. You will also get to know a lot about Latvian traditions, culture, and history on your way. Our guides are nature experts and have the best local knowledge. You will travel like a local, in a very small group of like-minded people.

Depending on the number of guests and your pick-up location the pickup time may vary from 9:00 am to 9:30 am in Riga City. We will contact you before the trip and inform you about your concrete pickup time. If you require a pick-up from Saulkrasti town, we will contact you prior to the trip to provide you with a specific pickup time.

For those who love hiking this is the perfect activity, in just one morning we went from rivers to forests and lakes to the Baltic Sea .. the guide was impeccable and super prepared .. at the end a nice hot tea and typical Lithuanian sweets .. unforgettable day!!
