Very professional and polite driver. Great experience. I would use this service again. I wish the communication was a bit better because i worried a little until i got a message from the driver about my pickup time. But i think thats a viator issue.

This is the best and easiest way to travel to Disneyland Paris. Our guide picked us up at the front of our hotel. He gave us our entry tickets which was for both parks. He walked with us from the parking lot all the way through security. He showed us where we needed to enter. Without him, we probably would have went to the wrong line and waited needlessly. He instructed us to contact him an hour before we wanted to leave. Beforehand, he had pointed out the exact pickup point. He was there in exactly an hour to pick us up. On the return, we were dropped off again right in front of our hotel. With all the traffic, he used a lot of patience and was a very good driver. If we were to return to Disneyland Paris, we would not hesitate to use this service again. Yes, it is pricey, but more than worth it for the ease factor. It is the best way to make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable start to your trip to Disneyland Paris.
