C’est un beau marché mais je pense que l’hygiène n’y est pas … quand on voit la poussière de la poudre de ciment qu’il y a partout à la fin du marché sur les articles de maroquinerie, sur la vaisselle, on est obligé de se dire que cette même poussière vole sur les olives, les fromages et toute l’alimentation… quelle idée ridicule de ne pas avoir posé au sol des pavées ou des dalles…mes chaussures, mon short et même mon tee shirt étaient plein de poudre blanche à la fin de mon tour au marché ….
