3rd time in a balloon. Best experience. Pilot/Guide spoke in French and English. Focused on safety and a good time. After flight experience/picnic was top notch. Order photos and videos and Mindaugas emailed within a couple days. Highly recommend.

From the start to the finish, this was an outstanding experience. The pilot Aurimas was informative, fun, efficient and made every one of the guests feel special. As the only guest on the flight that didn't speak French, I was nervous I'd miss part of the experience, however Aurimas ensured I was included as he translated all the important bits to English. There were many balloons in the air as we flew, however the excellent selection of takoff location ensured we had perhaps the best of all flights, able to soar high and slowly around the Chateau and neighbouring villages (most of the other balloons were unable to get close to the Chateau). The experience continued after the flight, with (of course) assisting in repacking the balloon, followed by celebratory drinks and canapes. And to ensure great memories, we were able to purchase a couple of souvenirs (we bought cap and fridge magnet) as well as professionally taken video and photos of the flight (tip: ensure you have cash - we nearly missed out as I only had credit card, so borrowed some cash from a friend). This is a once in a lifetime experience (I've done ballooning before, but not over a Chateau or a sunset flight).
