Gilles est un guide très sympathique et érudit. En une bonne heure d’agréable visite dans les vignes, nous avons beaucoup appris sur le terroir bourguignon. Vraiment à conseiller.

Magnifique après midi avec Gilles. Entre les climats, les villages, les premiers crus et les grands crus, une découverte originale du vignoble bourguignon avec un guide amoureux de sa région et fin connaisseur des subtilités locales. Une dégustation au château de St Aubin passionnante à tout point de vue en guise d’apothéose.
