Charmante petite ville de Bourgogne célèbre pour ses vignobles et son Hôtel Dieu qu’il faut absolument visiter. Évidemment, l’économie locale est centrée sur le commerce du vin qu’on retrouve également dans la gastronomie traditionnelle. Mais n’oublions pas la moutarde et le cassis. La visite de la ville et de ses remparts est agréable et riche sur le plan culturel. Le parc de la Bouzaize permet de flâner autour d’un plan d’eau à proximité des vignes.
