    Discover a strange and grandiose underground journey shaped by water during the great ice ages. Come out under a majestic porch before going back up into the woods (45 mins) or continuing in the middle of the cliff under a rock shelter overlooking the vineyards of Cerdon (60 mins)

Très agréable visite en autonomie. Nous conseillons de venir le matin, avant la visite guidée, afin de profiter du silence de la grotte. Cette grotte n'est, sans doute pas, la grotte la plus spectaculaire... mais se retrouver seul dans ce site est vraiment spectaculaire ! Le site extérieur est lui aussi très agréable et les animations proposées ( que nous n'avons pas fait) paraissent très intéressantes. Le personnel est très accueillant et la restauration proposée de qualité. À faire, sans hésiter !

Hele bijzondere ervaring om door deze grotten te lopen. Op het diepste punt van de grot is het 4 graden. Een lange broek, vest en schoenen die vies mogen worden zijn aanbevolen. Buiten de grotten worden diverse activiteiten georganiseerd op een leuke manier voor de jeugd. Te denken valt aan leren speerwerpen, sieraden maken, prehistorisch tekenen, pottenbakken etc. Als je geen Frans spreekt is dit geen probleem. Ook in het Engels kan men zich redelijk redden. Vooral met jonge kinderen een aanrader!

La descente est ardue car les escaliers sont parfois faiblement éclairés. C'est un point positif de faire une visite en autonomie sauf lorsque vous rattrapez un groupe en visite guidée et que vous vous trouvez bloqués. Globalement l'intérieur de la grotte est banal.
