My three travel companions and I were waiting for the car to take us to NCE from near the Palais in Cannes. After 10 minutes, I texted, but there was no response. I called after waiting another five minutes, and the person that answered thought that the transfer was for the following day. He was able to get us a driver that arrived ten minutes after that phone call-- 25 minutes late. He sped all the way to the airport. Fortunately, we did not miss our flight.

Após ter reserva confirmada pela empresa para um transporte a partir para Nice às 00:30 perto do Mónaco, motorista não apareceu nem tentou dar satisfação. A empresa tinha o telefone desligado e deixou uma família inteira com crianças pequenas sem transporte para o hotel após um espetáculo. Era 00:30 numa noite bem fria e sem transporte. Fiz a reserva no site e tinha confirmação por email do serviço aceite pela empresa. Uma vergonha! Tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora por transporte disponível e tivemos que pagar muito muito mais caro pelo Táxi do que por qualquer serviço de transfer programado.

Excellent service. Taxi réservé pour 4H15 du matin. Taxi présent 10 min. à l'avance. 70€ le prix du transfert, tarif imbattable pour un taxi à cette heure-ci. Monsieur El Gherrak était mon chauffeur. Une personne gentil est de confiance. Reservation faites sur le site, réponse de confirmation dans les 5 minutes. Je vous conseille vraiment cette adresse.
