  • The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the AGENCY (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
  • The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
  • The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included. You will be able to watch the shows during the tour and stay in the gardens after your half-day guided tour has finished.
  • Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
  • Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth. (optional)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We loved our tour of the Versailles Palace and Gardens. Blerta was our tour guide and she did a great job explaining the history and traditions of King Louis. We learned that Blerta is an artist - her passion for the arts made our tour so much more enjoyable. After the tour, we rented a golf cart to do more exploring of the beautiful gardens- so much fun! Look for the red coffee cart selling Italian coffee …molto bene!!

The guide service was very good. We were late due to train issue and they called me and made a special arrangement for us to meet the next scheduled tour. Very nice and thoughtful people.

Reuben our guide was extremely informative and we toured the palace and gardens. The living areas of both the King and Queen were wonderful and the mirrored hallway was magnificent. The gardens breathtaking and the music and fountain was an experience to see and enjoy.
