  • Due to the Olympic Games being held in Paris this summer, several roads will be closed. We recommend prioritizing public transportation and planning your route in advance. Use Google Maps or download the Paris 2024 Public Transport App to discover the most efficient route.
  • The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the agency (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
  • The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
  • Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth.
  • The palace gardens are free from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. Prices have been adjusted, and there are no fountain shows during this period.
  • Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Versailles is a trek via transit to get to from Paris (almost an hour each way) but it was well worth it! The transit was easy to navigate (we took the L train from the Right Bank and a short bus ride to the Palace once you arrive to the Versailles area. Anne Sophie was friendly and super knowledgeable, open to answering any and all questions. Paying for a tour was worth it to skip the line and to have the historical knowledge of what we were looking at. Thanks Anne Sophie!

Blerta from Get Your Guide was excellent. She was well organized and very knowledgeable about Versailles. I definitely recommend booking a tour with her. The Palace of Versailles is worth seeing if you haven't seen it before. The gardens are my favorite part and you can see them for free on days when there isn't a fountain show.

Natalie was fantastic, very informative, kept things moving despite the crowds on a rainy day! She was quite knowledgeable about everything and made it most enjoyable. I only wish we had had a hard copy ticket. After the tour, we could not exit the museum, and get a bite downstairs in the Pyramid as it would require exiting. Without a ticket we could not get back into the museum to see other parts. However with a ticket we could have come in 2 more times.
