    Visit the 15th century cellars from Maison Champy. Formerly attached to the Jacobine Convent of Beaune, rue du Grenier à Sel. You will be able to admire the "pièces bourguignonnes" in which the legendary vintages are matured, as well as exceptional bottles carefully preserved for three centuries. You will also get an overview of the 3 centuries of history and heritage of Maison Champy, such as the columns of the Eiffel school dating from the construction of the 19th century winery or the tools of the famous Louis Pasteur.

Super visite grâce à notre guide nous sommes désormais incollables sur les vins de Bourgogne très belle cave visite très intéressante que nous avons terminée par une dégustation de bons crus !!!!

Standaard praatje tijdens de rondleiding. Geen oog voor de mensen of interesse in hen. Bij de tasting aangegeven al een aantal wijnen te kennen en ondanks dat het een privé proeverij was werd er geen moeite gedaan om ons ook iets nieuws te laten proeven. Kelders zijn erg klein en niet bijzonder, ingericht voor touristen.
