Described as a Queen expert by clients. I will lead you on a fascinating journey around Queen's Kensington. We hear of Dr Sir Brian May's time at Imperial College. We move on to Beit Quadrangle where Queen performed their first London gig in 1970. We will then pass the Royal Albert Hall where Freddie was star of the show at Fashion Aid. We will see the site of Kensington Market. Where Freddie and Roger had a stall. And where Freddie once measured David Bowies feet! We move on to the location of BIBA clothes shop, where Mary worked and was regularly visited by a love-struck Freddie. We will see the apartment where Freddie and Mary first lived together. We will see a number of other addresses associated with Queen. I will tell you the story of Queen at Live Aid. We will move on to Garden Lodge, Freddie’s country home in London where we will hear stories of Freddie’s life and tragic untimely death. My tours are up to a maximum of 12 people with new content added every week.

Had a good time during our tour with Grant. You can see his enthusiasm for Queen, which he conveyed very sympathetically. The tour lasted 2.5 hours. It was a bit of a walk, but it allowed us to see some corners of Kensington that we would never have seen otherwise. Lots of interesting anecdotes, we would recommend the tour :-)

Si vous êtes fan de "QUEEN " offrez vous une visite guidée en groupe ou comme nous une visite privée en couple vraiment Génial. Grant est vraiment fantastique, cet ancien policier à la retraite est fan de sport et de musique, il vous emmènera tout autour de Kensington dans une balade retraçant la vie du groupe de ses débuts jusqu'à la dernière demeure de Freddy Mercury. Cette longue visite de 3h remplit d'anecdotes et d'histoire sur ce groupe mythique mais aussi sur la vie de Freddy et Mary sans oublier Jim Hutton. Grant est d'une gentillesse extrême, très prévenant....il a même gardé certaines attitudes de son ancien métier.. lorsque vous traversez une rue , il est toujours en protection et très attentif.... Merci Grant. Il vous montrera ses photos avec Brian May....et tant d'autres. Une super visite pour les passionnés du groupe avec un super guide Allez y ???? If you're a fan of "QUEEN," treat yourself to a guided group tour or, like us, a private tour for couples. It's truly amazing. Grant is truly fantastic. This retired police officer is a sports and music fan. He'll take you around Kensington on a tour retracing the band's life from its beginnings to Freddy Mercury's final resting place. This long, 3-hour tour is filled with anecdotes and history about this legendary band, as well as the lives of Freddy and Mary, not to mention Jim Hutton. Grant is extremely kind and considerate. He's even retained some of the same attitude from his former job. When you cross a street, he's always protective and very attentive. Thank you, Grant. He'll show you his photos with Brian May...and so many others. A great tour for band fans with a great guide. Go for it ????

Grant was extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and told us lots of stories about Freddie Mercury and Queen. Things that I did not know so I found it very interesting. The only reason I did not give it. A five star rating was it was a lot of walking.
