On our first day in Paris, we scheduled our wine and cheese tasting. Erwin was outstanding. He kept the number of participants small (we had 11 in our group) to not lose the personal touch. Each of the 5 wines were great that we ordered some to be shipped home. Erwin educated us on the wines from the different French regions. He did an excellent job pairing the different cheeses with the various wines - the bread for the cheese was awesome as well. Thank you Erwin for starting our Paris trip off with a great night. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I went with Secret Wine Door for a wine tasting. I’ve been to Paris before and this added so much to my latest trip. Erwan is a fantastic host. He was very responsive and considerate before the tasting as well as some things came up with my group of friends. He’s knowledgeable but not pretentious. People with no wine education (like myself) can follow along easily and ask lots of questions and even people who do know a lot about wine (like my friend) learned new things. Classes are small so it’s very personal, which was great. It’s also right by the Eiffel Tower so maybe do the later tasting and walk to the tower after to see the nightly sparkle. You get five very generous wine tastings (two white annd three red) along with five cheeses to go with each and a whole basic of sliced baguette. I cannot recommend this enough! Just do yourself a favor and book it.
