  • Drina River House, Bajina Basta, Serbia
    Our first stop is Drina River House, a unique house built on a rock in the middle of the Drina River. The house was built in 1968 by few young boys and it was local attraction until 2012, when the photo of the house was published in National Geographic as "Photo of the Day". Take in the stunning scenery and snap some unforgettable photos of this specific sight. This part of Serbia is known for growing raspberries and we recommend that you try the homemade raspberry juice here.

    Next, we'll head to Mokra Gora Wooden Village, a picturesque village located in the mountains. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and explore the charming wooden houses and streets. The village was built as a filming location by the famous director Emir Kusturica.

    Our final stop will be at the Sargan 8 Railroad, a narrow-gauge heritage railway that winds through the stunning mountain landscapes. We'll board the train and embark on a journey of breathtaking views, including tunnels, bridges, and impressive curves, all while enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the historic train.

  • Our mini vans for tours are comfortable, well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and reliable travel experience.
  • During the winter period (from 12th Nov till 1st of April) as Sargan 8 train is not operating we will Tara National Park - Banjska stena viewpoint (3 Eur per person; easy hiking activity). In case of snow/rain we will visit Zlatibor mountain (lake area).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Milan, our tour guide was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our experience positive. We made unscheduled stops food and drinks , which he took in stride. Milan also ensured that we had our tickets waited to make sure we were on the train. The beauty of Serbia, including Serbian history was front and center during the day trip.

Estábamos ubicados en el centro de Belgrado con lo cual a venido por nosotros en el Hotel, nos ha introducido en la histeria y la geografía de ciudad mientras íbamos alejándonos para recorrer el interior, muy agradable la compañía de nuestro guía. Esperamos volver a Belgrado y visitar tantas otros sitios.
