Firstly the Car broke down that was meant to take us to the Port from Rome and we were asked to share with another couple which we did, we were offered some money back but never got it. We will be pursuing this. Then on our return journey after our cruise back to Rome, we booked a car with the lady driver to take us to the airport the following day. It was confirmed a car would be there for us to collect us at 12 noon. At 12 there was no sign and we text the driver to ask where she was. Nothing. We then had a call from a colleague who said we should have rung him to book, but we booked with the lady driver who reassured us that it would either be her collecting us the next day or her colleague. We were told you would be better off getting a local taxi in Rome and they would not be coming for us! Thankfully against all odds we managed to find a last minute taxi who could take us to the airport so luckily we didn't miss our flight but we were extremely lucky to find a taxi so late in the day, no thanks to this company.

Our driver was excellent! Arrived on time, loaded our bags. Delivered us directly to our cruise ship and unloaded our bags for us as well!

Maria picked us up a half hour early. She was very personable and shared her love of Rome with us sharing interesting facts.
