First I would like to say that the canyon experience was magnificent. Go and see it while in Tuxtla, but avoid this company at all costs. First they were over 45 minutes late. When I called they said there was a lot of traffic and they had to go to many hotels to pick up other guests. The van finally shows up and I am the only one they picked up. No apology. In fact the tour operator told me that if I was going to write a bad review to just do it as it doesn’t matter anyway. Please do not waste your money with this company. The canyon boat ride is amazing?
