    First, I have to thank Fernando Semproni, our contact at Viator, for his excellent support in arranging and planning this special custom tour for the four of us. He was able to provide everything we wanted to do and provided additional suggestions, which we liked and added to the tour. He answered all questions sent to him promptly, even answering some on the weekends - we could not have asked for anything more from him, and we are so very happy with the results of the tour. Second, the guide provided for the tour, Jorge Gonzalez was amazing! His English was excellent and his knowledge of Panama and the places we visited were complete. He was so extremely polite and courteous, responding perfectly to all our requests and making sure we were comfortable and happy with the tour. He also did an amazing job of arranging the the order of the tour to make for the best use of our time. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. I cannot say enough nice things about Jorge. He has given us a wonderful memory of Panama that we will never forget - awesome experience!

    Wonderful guide - really made us feel special - shared wonderful information! After already going through the Panama Canal on our cruise ship, it was wonderful to learn more about the new and old canals and plans for the future. Enjoyed driving through all different parts of the city and enjoyed a lovely lunch at a local restaurant. Guide was professional and friendly. Thank you!
