It was a very good experience with koroloss and Ahmed ( the guide ) Thank you for being so helpful Ps: the service team forget about my reservation and didn’t send me guide contact unfortunately Koroloss was there and check with them in the last minute In general I enjoyed the trip with the team ????

It’s a unique experience that requires quite a bit of effort, as it takes about 8 hours round trip to spend only one hour at the destination. However, it offers something different and memorable

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience with a tour I booked through Viator — Abu Simbel Day Tour operated by Nice Tours. (Booking reference # 1316151709) Despite booking and full payment, I received no confirmation of the pickup time or location until midnight before the scheduled tour. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the operator, I was finally provided with the driver’s phone number. When I called, the driver informed me that he had never been told to pick me up. This serious mismanagement and lack of communication left me stranded and unable to join the tour I had paid for. To avoid losing my entire travel plan, I had no choice but to make another booking at the last minute with a different provider, at my own additional expense.
