空港でツアー会社と接触する予定でしたが、時間が過ぎても迎えに来ませんでした。 ツアー会社へ電話しても全く応答ありません。 仕方がないのでviatorのアプリを通してツアー会社へ連絡メッセージを送りました。 しかし結局ツアー会社とは接触できませんでした。 このツアー会社は最低です。 信用できません。

We booked a Full-Day Coptic Tour with lunch on the Nile, but it was a complete disaster. Our tour guide was incredibly rude, staying on his personal phone the entire time and leaving us behind as if we were locals. Although the tour was advertised to last 6-8 hours, we cut it short after just one hour because we didn’t feel safe or cared for. What made things worse was that the guide asked me to use my credit card to cover entry fees, saying he’d reimburse me in Egyptian pounds. We paid $340 for this tour—the least he could do was handle things professionally. If negative 5 stars were possible, that’s what I would give.

Our driver was very attentive and polite, has great ideas for the day and has a lot of information about the sights. He leads is in several sights as a guide. He took from us great pictures. There was no bottled water for us in the car.
