Toledo is a beautiful city with much to explore. We walked all over the city and visited many of the top sites. The main cathedral is magnificent (and I've seen most of the major cathedrals in Europe). I wish I had more time in the city though -- there were a couple of smaller museums I would have liked to have seen that I couldn't, so it gives me an excuse to go back. The tour guide was knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions. Be prepared for a lot of walking -- it takes six escalators just to get into the city and they take you from one side of the city to the other through narrow medieval streets. Beautiful location and worth the visit.

A Operadora subcontratada é muito fraca e sem estrutura para cumprir o contratado, a saber: - o tour ocorreu em 2 idiomas (aumentando muito o tempo) e em 2 modelos diferentes, com vinho e com monumentos. Uns tinham que esperar os outros por vezes. - 2 dos 3 monumentos com apoio de guia as entradas foram feitas na hora, enquanto isso ficamos esperando. - a operadora nao tinha audiofone e nem megafone, portanto se voce nao estivesse ao lado do guia, nao ouvias nada. - o guia da operadora nao possuia nenhuma identificaçao para salientar-se no meio do transeuntes (bandeira, quarda-chuva, etc...). A nossa grande quantidade de observaçoes se devem ao incrivel contraste com a Operadora Fun and Tickets que fizemos no dia de ontem, que foi excelente.

We had no experience. We were unable to find the tour. We arrived at the address given at 8:45 for tour leaving at 9:15. There was no one at the address so we walked the plaza where they said meet us at the exit of the metro. There was no one at the exit to the metro. My husband sit in one place I stood in the other, and nobody tried to find us. Nobody called me. Nobody text me. I contacted the tour operator as instructed and was ignored. At 9:45 we gave up and went back to the hotel. I’m going to work very hard to get a refund because I don’t think this is acceptable performance
