Didn't care for this Viator trip. They market it as a Full Toledo with 7 Monuments, yet only 3 monuments were included. Toledo seemed to be a tourist trap with lots of shops, but not much to see. We did get to see a military parade which was great. The food was not very good and overpriced in our opinion. It was the least favorite Viator tour of the 7 we took in Madrid / Barcelona.

Absolutely a horrible behavior on part of the tour operator. While boarding the bus we were told that 3:15 pm the bus has to start back to Madrid to Toledo. While were walking at 3:00 pm we got a call saying the bus was waiting. We said we were all walking back and reached the meeting point at Toledo at 3:10 exactly. But the bus left without even telling or calling us,leaving 15 of us including 8 kids stranded. Absolutely horrible experience and pathetic customer service!!! How can someone do this?? Another 3 more ppl were also stranded with us!! On calling the tour operator we were told that 3:05 they called, 3:10 we reached the place! We thought of ignoring the racist comments from fellow passengers when we boarded. But this just took arrogance to a different level. Horrible experience with IBE and Lydia. Will strongly recommend to book elsewhere. Better still take a train/bus to Toledo directly. Half the cost and zero heartache. This tour from IBE is best missed. Viator has been of zero help as well. No point.

The city is beautiful, with many attractions, I visited three monuments: a Catholic temple, a Gothic construction, a mosque and the famous painting of El Grego The burial of Mr. Orgaz. The cathedral is also spectacular, in addition to having an exhibition of paintings in Sacristia.
