Arrived 90 mins late, no WiFi no tv no air con. The driver got lost, so added time onto the journey. Was rude and constantly on the phone and then had the cheek to charge £10 for the soft drinks that were supposed to be free (included) Still waiting for a response from Viator

This airport is one of the worst. I've flown to Antalya 10 times. First of all, the toilets are disgusting. My daughter is disabled, so we used the disabled toilet. Every Tom, Dick and Harry where using this toilet. The toilet was splattered, absolutely disgusting. This was the only one we could use.
The place was mayhem. The smoking area had doors left open so the smell was horrendous.
Hardly any places to sit, once your in your boarding gate there's no toilets. You basically have to keep showing your boarding pass to be let in and out which at times was a hassle.
The place needs a re vamp. Air con would be must and more toilets. Not exactly disabled friendly.

Experience was ok, unable to find driver at airport for a while, no WiFi as stated in the description, driver also spoke no English which was requested, comfortable vehicle so no complaints there, just didn’t get everything that was promised.
