The tour was actually very good and the tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. The issue was with Viator- I requested an accessible bus because I am disabled , and Viator did not pass that on to Grey Line tours. As a result, I had a lot of difficulty getting on and off the bus, and missed out on a lot of the tour and fell multiple times when I did try to get off. I have requested a refund, but so far, Viator is ignoring my request,

Worth the money. Had Alex as a guide. Started at 8:30 am and ended at 3:15 pm. Taken to many locations and Alex was articulate, friendly, and happy to share his knowledge. Lucky enough just my friend and I on the tour so we could ask many questions and chat. Nice stop in the Pearl district and lots of views of the river walk. Alex helped us see other areas of the city to visit.
