We were not picked up at the provided and confirmed location. Waited an hour. Frantically called tour operator, no answer. Called viator, they also couldn't help. A week before tour tried to contact operator LIV ecuador, no answer at all. Viator was not any help. Don't go with Viator! Ever. Not the first time it happened with Viator. They choose poor tour operators. Don't trust Viator! And they wouldn't try to fix, apologize, nothing!

While not the fault of the tour organiser, I found this tour a bit awkward as I was the only person. It was also just probably the wrong tour for me - there were many activities not included (and I can understand why - they were adventure activities that not everyone would want to do). However, as a single traveller who didn't want to do adventure activities, this tour was a bit flat for me. The hike was nice, as was the cable car, and the hummingbirds were great but probably not value for money for someone like me.

El tour de día completo a Mindo fue genial y ante todo la amabilidad, entrega y conocimiento brindado por nuestra guía Irene fue maravilloso . El mariposario, el avista miento de aves, el tour de chocolate y el recorrido en Mindo cada uno con su encanto fue Expectacular.
