This trip was #1 on my bucket list. It met every single expectation and the reason was mostly due to my guide Ahmed Essam. The tour was in chronological order, which for me was the easiest way to understand how time passed at the time the pyramids were being built. He knew even minute details of the process/evolution of Egypt. He answered all of my questions, and because I took a second tour with him the next day, he invited me to bring all of the questions to the next day. He had recommendations for readings to help all I learned stick. I was a glorious experience.
