The tour guide did not show up at our hotel. Had no way to contact him except through trip advisor via email. Got an answer back and he said he was there at the lobby. I was in the lobby of our hotel and he was not there. Then they said they went into the hotel to ask for us and they were told that we were not registered at that hotel. We tried to tell them they were at the wrong hotel. They did not read the name of the hotel correctly as there was two hotels with similar names. They did not pay attention to detail and because of this we lost out on the tour. Not impressed at all. Contacted trip advisor and have had no response
