Leave the beach crowds behind for a full-day tour to the south coast of Jamaica, where you'll visit the Appleton Estate's rum distillery, and take a cool dip in the clear waters of YS Falls. YS Falls is one of the most natural and beautiful spots you will find in Jamaica. A spectacle, boasting a magnificent seven-tiered cascading waterfall and an expansive wading pool fed by underground springs. A recent addition to YS Falls is a canopy zipline tour which lets you "fly" up to 40 feet above the waterfalls. Our next stop is Appleton Estate, the oldest sugar estate and distillery in Jamaica. This tour provides you with an inside look at the process of making rum, one of Jamaica’s most famous export. At the end of the tour you are given the chance to sample the various liqueur that are produced at the distillery.

    Hop aboard a tractor-pulled jitney that takes you to YS Falls — a series of seven waterfalls that cascade into natural pools. You can cool off in the natural waterfall pools and a 4-foot (1.2-meter) deep wading pool that is surrounded by a patio and garden. Other activities include a canopy zipline tour and tubing rides on the river. Lifeguards are on duty. The Estate has a restaurant where you can purchase lunch, in addition to changing rooms, environmentally-friendly restrooms. Including Transportation time from Montego Bay.

  • The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience, Siloah, Caribbean
    Known as the oldest sugar estate and distillery in Jamaica, the Appleton Estate's first documented rum production dates back to 1749. Take a 1.5-hour guided tour of the property that explains the history of rum production in Jamaica, and details the sugarcane varieties, yeast used for fermentation, and distillation and blending methods. See copper stills in the distillery and oak barrels in the ageing room, and sample the full range of Jamaican rums to top off your tour. Including Transportation time to Montego Bay.

Wow! We had such a wonderful experience out for the day with Dev. We saw the real Jamaican countryside, mountains, YS falls, Appleton estate and Floyd’s Pelican bar! All were amazing! Dev took very good care of us, entertaining chat, relaxing ride and providing us with water and lots of facts about the areas and Cuisine just a good time! Cool AC and perfect travel vehicle! Couldn’t have been better honestly! Thank you so much this day made our trip! Can’t wait to come back and see more! ✌️♥️????

Excellent tour guide company! Definitely recommend booking here. Daz, our guide, is so friendly, conversational and a good driver, we felt very safe. Driving to YS falls was a beautiful drive and Daz was able to tell us about the country and the towns we went through. We were recommended to go to YS falls from a friend because Dunn river falls get crowded. And we are glad we did. My husband loves rum so this tour was perfect for us and our 2 yr old daughter. YS falls: Absolutely beautiful grounds. Daz leads you through everything and waits with your stuff when your in the water which is a huge relief so you can enjoy yourself and not worry about your stuff. (Btw, I definitely recommend letting the guys at the falls guide you and take your pics for a tip) We didn’t feel rushed at all by Daz, so we actually really enjoyed our time without any worries. Also I want to note that because it’s a personal guide with him and your group, it felt more personal and flexible. You decide when you want to eat and he gives you a few options as to where you can go. The local food at YS falls was delicious. Then we headed to Appleton, not too far away at all. Daz also took us in, made sure we were all good and waited for us there. Along the whole guide, he took our pictures which is helpful. We also ended up taking his foodie tour the next day that we also enjoyed. We went on a Sunday so apparently some of the other options of shops are closed, but I felt all the food was delicious and definitely were eating with locals. All in all, we had such a wonderful time. You definitely NEED to book here.

Incredible Day Out, Incredible Service, Our Driver and Guide was Gayle and he was thoughtful and insightful!! Capped off a brilliant holiday!! YS falls was beautiful, no rushing we got to enjoy it! the service and communication was outstanding!! if you're reading this and wondering ‘should i go’ i promise you won’t regret!!
