You will visit approximately five or six wineries during the day and any special requests you may have can usually be accommodated. A winery lunch stop is included (at your own cost). We visited six vineyards over the space of a day with lunch in the middle. We sampled lots of wine varieties (red & white) and had some really interesting discussions about the different wines, methods of production, history, how the vineyards and wineries work etc etc. Also visited a local award winning manufacturer of gin & finished up in a chocolate factory. The guide was excellent & we throughly enjoyed the day.

We were picked up directly from our B&B by a wonderful helpful guide called Sam. He explained everything really well and all about the wines we were going to taste. Sam took us to a variety of excellent wineries. All the wineries were interesting and the hosts were all very knowledgeable . Our lunch at Allen Scott winery was exceptional. Afternoon we were joined by Australians and Americans who were like minded and provided great entertainment. Thank you Sam and Sound Connection.
