To fully experience la "Bella vita", you need to get out of the city. Taste the local wines & tour the cellars of select family-run, boutique vineyards with high-quality production. Get picked up at your hotel in Siena (or anywhere within Siena province) & venture into the Tuscan countryside with a small group and a local guide Together you’ll visit two vineyards in the rolling hills of Tuscany, both boutique wineries specializing in Brunello reds. From there you’ll head to the enchanting Medieval town of Montepulciano, where you’ll visit a first historic winery with underground cellar or a family run boutique winery! Lunch will take place in yet another, Nobile di Montepulciano winery, where you can enjoy traditional Tuscan delicacies in a really complete lunch ( 3-4 Courses ) paired with the great wines produced in this region since the XVI Century.

An excellent day spent tasting delicious wines at two wineries. We enjoyed the tours at these two very distinct wineries as well as the lunch paired with one of our tastings. Our guide was informed and helpful. Would recommend!

We enjoyed all of the wineries we visited as they were extremely knowledgeable and gracious. Food was delicious with all of the pairings. The only thing we would change in the future is seeing the local towns in the morning and then doing the wine tour in the afternoon as some of the stores and restaurants were closed in the afternoon when visiting the towns.

The tour of the Tuscany countryside was wonderful. We visited 3 wineries all very different. All very good. Each winery produces wine from different types of soil and so the result is different flavours. The wineries themselves were also very different and very special. Lunch was served at the 3rd winery in Montepulciano Dessert was a delicious gelato in Pienza The tour was full of information about the area. We enjoyed personalized door to door service in a comfortable luxury van
